My Personal Statement

Why I Play Softball

I first started playing softball because I was excited about being part of an athletic team with friends in my community. Over the years I developed a passion for the sport. My coaches started to see potential in my play and pushed me to become even better. With the advice and help of my coaches and my teammates, I realized how much I want to compete at the highest levels. I love the feeling of hitting a homerun and stretching for a thrown ball at first base. I hope to continue to play softball through high school and college and enjoy the support of my friends and family.
