Our Mission
It is our goal to create an environment for sustained
excellence through the ongoing commitment to
organizational integrity and player-specific skill
development opportunities. While maximizing the on-field
potential of our players, the young women in our program
will also be taught leadership skills and the importance of
goal setting both on and off the field - with the ultimate
goal of the program being - to provide every player with
the opportunity to play softball in college.
The Bears objective is to offer a group of very hard working, competent, team first and goal oriented softball players a competitive place to showcase their talents. A team where maximum effort and an appetite to excel is a way of life. We aim to provide extremely positive and superior coaching from our well- seasoned energetic staff while competing in high caliber NorCal and SoCal tournaments. It is also our intent to support, and help navigate our players through the collegiate recruiting process. We hope that when their time with the Bears comes to a close, they will leave as much better players and as much better people.
